Ruslip Woods Festival 2016

Festival Banner

The 2016 Festival fell on a beautiful spring Sunday. There was much to entertain the crowds and one highlight was the sheep dog display, all the way from Wales. The sheep, however, stayed in the hills to be replaced by some very recalcitrant ducks which had the crowd laughing and cheering.

Amongst our usual exhibits there was a new local artist : Martin Gibbons with his delicate watercolours of local birds. He was also keen to share advice with would be artists. The Birds of Prey were in full flight and visitors also enjoyed some old footage of local films that bought back memories.
